Zoe is an open-hearted yogi who is honored to share her passion for yoga with others. She fell in love with yoga in college, and it has been a constant in her life ever since. Zoe loves that yoga can be practiced anywhere and by anybody, and she strives to make it accessible. She lived in rural Cambodia teaching yoga at an non profit that supports and teaches job skills to Khmer women, teaching both locals and ex pats. She has also taught in high school classrooms, outdoor festivals, a rock climbing gym, Times Square, and on the beach. She completed her 500 hour and her vinyasa flow training certifications with Modo Yoga, under the guidance of Ted Grand, Jessica Robertson, Dina Tsouluhas, and Darcy Hagerman. She also trained with The Prison Yoga Project, which focuses on yoga within the prison system and yoga for people dealing with trauma. She currently teaches in New York City at Modo Yoga and Heatwise, and works one on one with private students. She strives to help her students connect with themselves and the world around them through the power of breath and movement.
